Due to the nature of our consumable products, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed items to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for our community. Please note that G FUEL cannot accept returns on opened tubs, packets, or hydration bottles once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your G FUEL products are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days from our official website.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
